5 Ways to Feel Great About Yourself

The play on words “CapaCITY” is a  “STATE of mind” use your “imagiNATION”  intends to, in a not so subtle way, suggest that we give more attention to where we live – in our minds.  Years ago I read a couple of books by Dr. Shad Helmstetter called WHAT TO SAY WHEN YOU TALK TO YOURSELF and THE SELF TALK SOLUTION.   Both books were effective at encouraging me to be more conscious of my consciousness.  Perhaps it is equally important if not more on task to be conscious of your unconsciousness.

You know what I mean.  What are the things we think when we aren’t directing our thoughts?  Do you mind your mind?  What do you think when you think to yourself, automatically?… About YOU!?  Perhaps it is time to pay attention to how we think, how we treat ourselves within our minds.
